The New York State Trooper Foundation fosters a partnership between the private sector and the New York State Police for innovative and professional police service in the Empire State through initiatives focused on public safety education, special services for the public, special services for the police profession, police training, professional development, and police technology.
The New York State Trooper Foundation Inc. is a non-for-profit charitable corporation organized under the Not-for-Profit Corporation Law of New York State, exempt from federal taxes under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code (IRC). The Foundation is classified as a publicly supported charity under Section 509 (a)(1) of the IRC. As a public charity, the NYS Trooper Foundation is authorized by the Division of State Police to accept and solicit contributions for the benefit of the agency and its employees. The Foundation’s programs and services are funded completely by individuals, businesses, civic organizations, trade associations, and private foundations. All contributions to the NYS Trooper Foundation are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law.
General- The New York State Trooper Foundation is dedicated to helping our New York State Troopers better serve nog only you, but our communities as well. Your personal investment in the Foundation makes the difference- where governmental funding alone cannot satisfy training, technological, and program service needs. General Shipping Policy
Orders with items that are in stock are processed and shipped within 14 days of receipt of the order. If your order is placed by December 17th you are guaranteed to receive your order by the Christmas holiday.
The primary method of shipping is UPS Ground. Customer may incur additional charges to have the shipping address changed or if it is incorrect. We are not responsible for any charges due to customer error.
Return & Refund Policy
If you are not happy with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns within 10 business days from date of receipt of your order. All items returned must be in good, resalable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
We will not issue a refund if the returned items are damaged, used, or altered in any manner.
Items cannot be returned after 10 business days from the receipt of the original order. Some items are NOT returnable, please contact us prior to initiating a return request.
If you receive items that are damaged or missing upon arrival within 10 business days from receipt, please contact us immediately. We will either replace the damaged items OR offer a refund of the merchandise amount at our discretion. Please do not return the damaged items before you have had a chance to contact us first.
Items purchased in the CLEARANCE section are final sale and cannot be returned.
If the item(s) received are a result of our error, please give us a call immediately.
Once your return is received, we will inspect the item(s) to make sure they are in good, resalable condition. A refund, less the shipping costs will be issued to your credit card (or original form of payment) within 3 to 5 business days after receipt and inspection of your return.
